Courtney Butler Robinson
I have been on this journey through the ups and downs for many years. My grandparents raised me and lived through the Great Depression so my learning wasn't so much spoken as seen. I have always been an unprofessional social scientist, meaning I don't get paid to study people but I am always studying and researching what others do to be debt free, lead lives in line with their intentions and have been on this journey for most of my adult life.
I have been debt free several times (this time long term). I've seen the ups and downs from adopting a child, to being in a financially stressful marriage to being a single mom and getting out of debt and staying out of debt. I've built businesses, manage several at this time, we are debt free except our mortgage (2 year plan to pay off), have saved one year income, we have purchased a farm and own everything we have out right and have a nice retirement. I have been a facilitator of Voluntary Simplicity Book Clubs many times. And have started clubs on simplicity and financial freedom. Many people have told me that this is my gift. My paying job is as a medical yoga therapist and that helps me help others learn how to work on their mindset. Money is a mindset. It can do nothing without you.
I am here to help you.
